Breaking Records and Making History in Athletics!

We're thrilled to announce that our student 6B Ng Yue Kiu has shattered the record for the A Grade Boys' 110m Hurdles with an impressive time of 13.78 seconds! This remarkable achievement at the HKSSF Shatin & Sai Kung Secondary Schools Area Committee Inter-School Athletics Competition surpasses the previous record of 14.38 seconds, which is held by his coach and school teacher, Mr. Fung Kin Hei Argus, from the 2017-18 academic year.

As Ng approaches graduation, he sees this record-breaking moment as a perfect conclusion to his athletic journey in school. He had set his sights on this goal a year ago, and thanks to the relentless support and training from his coaches, he has made it a reality. Ng shared how he transformed from a humble runner to an elite athlete supported by his coaches' tactical guidance.

Mr. Fung expressed his pride in Ng's accomplishment, emphasizing the beautiful legacy of coaching and competition. "Seeing my student achieve this milestone is not just about breaking a record, but a true testament to growth and dedication," he said.
