Lam Tai Fai College

The longest-standing records in the Sha Tin and Sai Kung District record book were three records set during the 1991/1992 school year: Boys Grade A 400m (50.53 seconds), Girls Grade B 200m (26.94 seconds), and Boys Grade B Shot Put (14.12 meters). This year, two of these records were broken. In the Boys Grade A 400m, Lai Yat Hin from Lam Tai Fai College ran 50.37 seconds in the heats to break the record and further improved his time to 49.87 seconds in the final to claim the gold medal. Similarly, Sze Hei Man, also from Lam Tai Fai College, broke the Girls Grade B 200m record in the heats with a time of 26.91 seconds, improving it by 0.03 seconds, and went on to win gold in the final with a new record time of 26.52 seconds.

In the Boys B Grade 4×100m relay final, Lam Tai Fai College crossed the finish line in first place with a time of 45.07, setting a new Boys B Grade inter-school 4×100m relay record. The representatives are Lam Yiu Chai Angus, Lam Nok Chun, Mung Hoi Tik Markus and Pan Choi Chun.
