Part-time Tutor - Choral Conductor (Ref: CHORPT-01-2526)

Lam Tai Fai College is an EMI secondary school (DSS) that aspires to provide all round education through an innovative and comprehensive curriculum.

We are looking for Part-time choral conductor to conduct choral classes for students:

Part-time Tutor - Choral Conductor (Ref: CHORPT-01-2526)

  • Vocal and Piano Grade 8 or above
    (ABRSM, Trinity, or equivalent recognized qualification)
  • Strong knowledge of vocal techniques and choral repertoire across different styles and languages
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young singers
  • Understanding of Hong Kong’s music education context is an asset
  • At least 3 years' experience in choral conducting, preferably in a secondary school setting

Job Duties:

  1. To conduct and prepare choral performances for school events and competitions
  2. To lead choir rehearsals, focusing on vocal technique, harmony, and musical expression
  3. To organize and arrange students to participate in concerts, festivals, and community engagement activities
  4. To provide guidance and vocal coaching to choir members
