3D Printer Donation Ceremony cum Experience Sharing Session

To promote sustainable development of ICT education in primary and secondary schools in the territory, The Lam Tai Fai Charitable Foundation purchased 19 3D printers and donated them to 19 primary schools in Hong Kong to help the future generation of youth develop their ICT skills at an early stage.

The 3D Printer Donation Ceremony and Experience Sharing Session was held on 1st of June, 2015 at the Lecture Theatre of Lam Tai Fai College. Our Supervisor, Dr. Lam Tai Fai, shared his views to the Principals and teachers from these 19 schools on current ICT education development and hoped that these 3D printers could facilitate the learning and teaching process of these schools. After the Ceremony, our Principal, Mr. Wong Kwong Wai also shared our experience on how 3D printers are used in ICT and Art and Design lessons at LTFC with representatives from other primary and secondary schools.
