Historical Exhibition of Treaty of Nanjing Opening Ceremony

With great honour, LTFC took part in the long-prepared opening ceremony of the Historical Exhibition of Treaty of Nanjing, while simultaneously featuring the announcement of the study routes of our nation’s development.

With the presence of prominent regional leaders and honourable guests, the event went smoothly and was swiftly proven a great success by active participation of students and teachers. Students were enriched with the detailed explanations of the history of the signing of the Treaty of Nanjing, an unequal treaty that created resentment and hardship for our nation in following decades. Students were reminded the importance of our country’s rise in both economic prosperity and cultural power, which enhanced their sense of identity and strengthened their scope of knowledge and their awareness of national security.

LTFC is exceptionally honoured and proud to be part of this meaningful event. To us, developing students’ national identity and understanding towards the truth in our nation’s history have always been a priority. We will, therefore, continue to provide our pupils with various opportunities of the kind.

「情繫江蘇」國情研學路線發布暨《南京條約》史實展巡展(2024)啟動儀式於二零二四年九月十三日順利舉行。學生透過此活動，加深了對南京條約歷史的認識，了解到不平等條約在歷史中為國家帶來的困難，藉此培養學生的國民身分認同感及國家安全意識。在未來我們將致力為學生提供各類參與大型活動的機會，擴闊眼界。
