Splashing Success at the Annual Swimming Gala

In October 2024, anticipation builds after the House Election comes to a close and the four houses gather at the Swimming Gala. This year's event has showcased not only the incredible talent of our young swimmers, but also the spirit of teamwork and endurance that makes our students remarkable.

On this day of excitement, students from all grades are eager to showcase their skills and house spirit. The atmosphere was electric, as swimmers' victories were celebrated with loud cheers from their classmates and teachers, who were on the edge of their seats throughout the race.

Beyond the individual accomplishments, the gala emphasised camaraderie and school spirit. Students cheered for each other, regardless of team affiliation, and the sense of encouragement was palpable.

This year, our school had the honour of inviting Ms. Lam Hoi-kiu, swimmer from the Hong Kong team, as our guest of speech. Sharing with us her story of persistence and reflection during her strenuous swimming career has left the audience inspired and recharged.
