In order to enhance students' self-learning and life-long learning capabilities, LTFC offers a balanced secondary curriculum which caters to students' diverse abilities and interests.
Our Junior Secondary curriculum offers a wide range of programmes which aim to enrich students' learning experiences and to enhance their generic skills with due emphasis on areas such as collaboration, communication, creativity, leadership and critical thinking skills. It also provides a strong interface with the senior secondary curriculum.
Our Senior Secondary curriculum offers a great variety of elective subjects as well as flexible subject combinations for the students to choose from, so as to allow them more opportunities for personal development and to prepare them for work and further studies.
Each of our senior secondary students takes 4 core subjects and 2 elective subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination. Students with outstanding academic performance will be allowed to take 3 elective subjects and/or Mathematics Extended Module 2.
